 I created and saved a buddy icon for myself.  When I logged in on another
 computer, my buddy list was there but not my icon.  How do you save your
 icon across the system? Can't find any previous questions on this.

 In the "type" list below for tickets you need "casual not-too-important
 question".  I guess this is a defect...

 In your info page on the ticket system, there is no place where it says
 how to create a ticket.  All about what's in them, but the first item
 should be "how do I create a ticket?"  Search for "ticket" or "help"
 doesn't get you there either.  Maybe this is intentional...
