 You sent an email to the support list on the 6th, you received two
 responses. One of which asked you a number of questions. Questions you
 never responded to. If you don't respond to questions it makes it hard to
 do support.

 The questions from the email:
  * What version of Pidgin at work?
  * What version of Pidgin at home?
  * What protocol? (My guess is either XMPP or Bonjour, the author of the
 email guessed ICQ or Yahoo.)

 That email also commented that he didn't see any previous email from you
 about the subject having made it to the list. A statement I will second,
 and the [http://pidgin.im/pipermail/support/ archives] show no other email
 from you going back through August (unless you posted with a different
 name, I just did a simple in-page search for 'devon').

 So perhaps you might want to reconsider the tone/tack you took in your
 email and seem to be taking here (the "So - you get a ticket." line).
