 This patch will attempt to close any open tooltip windows upon a key being
 pressed.  I believe this to be standard behaviour in most applications.


 In certain circumstances the tooltip has the ability to obscure the text
 of the conversation dialog while the user is in the process of
 communicating (typing) and thus preventing them from being able to read
 any of the conversation text as it has been rendered behind the tooltip.

 As such one could conclude that tooltips, in general, should not be
 visible while the user is interacting with the application through any
 human interface device.

 This patch attempts to resolve this problem.
