 I have enabled the "Hide new IM conversations when away" feature.  So when
 I return to my computer after being away, and my buddy list is hidden, my
 tray icon is flashing with messages.  I click on the tray icon to bring up
 these messages, one at a time, read/respond, then close the window.  Then,
 if I change my status to Available, all of those messages I just read and
 closed pop back up again!  This issue has persisted for the last few
 versions at least, and is still present in 2.5.4.

 I think this is an important issue to fix.  Right now, the only way I can
 see to avoid it, is to first change your status to Available via right-
 clicking on the tray icon, before you read any of the messages that
 accumulated while you were away.  This is not ideal, however, as you might
 want to respond to the message without changing your away status.
