 After upgrading to pidgin 2.5.4 along with the new gtk+ runtime which came
 with the windows package, pidgin will always immediately crash once logged
 in.  A conversation window does pop up but it is incomplete in graphics
 and there is no text.  I have looked at multiple tickets relating but have
 not found a fix.  Ticket #8109 looked promising but cannot find the file
 to edit on my system.  Have tried uninstall/re-install/new gtk+ run.  If I
 disable the MSN account before it loads, pidgin is stable.
