New description:

 I am running Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 x86.
 Should be completely up to date.
 Has been tested with all plugins off.

 I have experienced constant memory leaks with pidgin that I never had with
 the previous versions.  The ram usage decreases by very little if any in
 the task manager at most 1 mb but continues to increase as I use it.  Not
 a huge deal as it only became an issue after I left pidgin running for a
 few days and I saw it using 100mb normally starts up around 15 and works
 its way up to about 50 before I close and reopen.

 There doesn't seem to be any bad effect on its performance as long as i
 restart the program every 10 hours or so.

 No wallpaper changing/virtual desktop apps.
 Using aim and xmpp but I turned them off when I tested to see if it leaked
 while connected.
 Only 2 accounts, one for each of the above protocols.
 Using the taskmanager built into Windows Vista to determine memory usage.
