Comment:

 A quick chat with a member of the libxml2 irc channel indicated to me that
 we definitely need to check the return value of xmlCtxtGetLastError for
 being NULL but that he believed it shouldn't have been NULL for the vcard-
 temp (error return 100) error and that we should dig a little more to see
 if we can figure out what is going on.
