 I want to delete a bunch of crappy plugins (e.g. convbadger.dll). The
 problem is Pidgin keeps all plugin DLLs open, even those unchecked in the
 plugin list, so trying to delete any plugin will result in a sharing
 violation.

 It should not be necessary to shutdown Pidgin in order to delete plugins.
