 When pidgin statred, i have got this message:

 It seems to be changes in ICQ protokol, when this changes will be added to
 pidgin?

 Also question about charset.
 When someone writes me fro QIP or some enother ICQ clients, i cant read
 russian text. Please, can you add windows1252 charset support?
