 Still not working. With or without the patch. Kaliningrad. Russia. I've
 checked it rigth now.

 But I have managed to work Pidgin only with ssh-tunneling to one of my
 server, which currently located in Lithuania. Then changed pidgin
 preferences to connect via socks5. And voila - it's works now. I think
 it's deeper problem then we are thinking about. If from Lithuania it's
 work, why pidgin don't work from Russia or Ukrain? That is the question.
