 As far as i know it's trouble with right value of "First sequence number"
 in header of flap-packet. AOL docs says, that we should use _random_
 generated value, but Vitaliy Igonin, one of the Miranda Team developed
 said, that NOW we shouldn't. But he didn't say right values, anyway. For
