 You can took a look at struct _FlapConnection (.seqnum_in, .seqnum_out) in
 oscar.h and at flap_connection_ methods in flap_connection.c. Though I
 would like to see a patch (if needed, there are tons of people reporting
 they don't have problem anymore compared to yesterday) from a developer
 who knows what is what, no offense intended. Also there is seqnum_in-
 related TODO.
