 Only in windows XP (no Vista problem) when you create new silc account it
 wrotes Cannot open file C:/Documents and Settings/user/Data
 aplications/.silc/public_key.pub for writing: No such file or directory.
 when you copy new public_key.pub to this location next problem is with
 server key.... and closing session. problem is that Data aplication and
 .silc folder is only for reading and you cannot wrote there from pidgin
 any data. when you create account and specify keys in other location
 poblic and private keys is all right but when it tryes to wrote server key
 it tryes wrote to same wrong location with only read attribut and you
 cannt setup in pidgin to save this data to another location. Thanks
