Comment:

 Thats what I assumed. Windows opened the page just fine.

     This bug can probably be closed, assuming that the intention of
 hitting the button was to just open the webpage to let the user download
 the new version with that.

     If the updater was supposed to download the update itself, then maybe
 it didn't do what was expected.
