 Today I received an incoming IM from a person with whom I had yet to
 rename to a more friendly alias.  During our chat I chose the
 "Conversation > Alias" menu choice of the IM window and changed his alias
 while we were chatting.

 The IM window then showed the following sentence (annotated), which is
 actually my account's alias (ME), not my buddy's alias (SHAUN) as it
 should be:

 You can see in the history that the renamed alias became effective in the
 subsequent chats - it just the sentence noting the change that was
 incorrect.  I am running the Windows XP 32-bit version of Pidgen.
