New description:

 I tried so many times installing from PPA, but it doesn't work.
 recently I run this:[[BR]]
 sudo apt-get build-dep pidgin[[BR]]
 and get this error:[[BR]]
 configure: error:
 NetworkManager development headers not found.
 Use --disable-nm if you do not need NetworkManager support.[[BR]]
 Is it OK to just disable that?
