 And like I said the number of people who we know of who have this problem
 is exceedingly small, and the number of people this would help is even
 smaller. Most people are going to know their service provider and not the
 protocol, hence our Google Talk entry. There is a case to be made that we
 should have similar entries for other services, though I think it would be
 better to have other ways of making that clear.
