 There are 2 ways to get the version of the client - XEP-115 and XEP-0092.
 But currently libpurple is using a different sources of the info - while
 XEP-0092 returns a correct value[one that specified by the UI after
 get_ui_info call], the contents of "identify" stanza of "disco#info" is
 forming by using "PACKAGE" preprocessor definition.

 I wonder why it implemented that way - IMO, it is a bug, but maybe there
 is some reason behind that.
