New description:

Pidgin 2.5.8 on Windows Vista x64, single ICQ account

if the PC wakes up from S3 sleep pidgin wont reconnect automatically.
it shows the reconnect-button inside the buddylist, which will work only
sometimes. if it doesn't work there is no button anymore and i can do
nothing else but restart pidgin or disable+enable the account

i got a wlan connection which will take 2-3 seconds to come up again.
i only try the manual reconnect when my network is up again.

 ok update:
it will reconnect automatically after some time (far too long ) most of
 the time.
but sometimes it tries while my wlan is still reconnecting. if this
happens it will show neihter a error message nor a reconnect button ! the
same sometimes happens when i press the reconnect button.
pidgin wont try again and i got no reconnect button !
