 Pidgin 2.5.5, Ubuntu 9.04

 1. Choose "Accounts" > "Manage Accounts" > "Add...".[[BR]]
 2. In the "Add Account" window, choose the appropriate protocol.[[BR]]
 3. Type the login name and password, and press Enter.

 What should happen: The account is added.[[BR]]
 What actually happens: Nothing, because the Enter key is ignored.

Comment(by mpt):

 Enter is the standard key for the primary commit button in dialogs, to be
 avoided only in highly dangerous situations. It’s true that someone might
 press it by mistake when they haven’t set proxy settings yet. But it’s
 equally true that someone might press Enter by mistake in a Print dialog
 when they haven’t set duplex settings yet, or in a Save dialog when they
 haven’t chosen the appropriate file format yet, or in a Find dialog when
 they haven’t set the appropriate case-sensitivity yet. That doesn’t mean
 those dialogs shouldn’t respond to the Enter key, and they do.

 I don’t believe for a moment that changing the access key is not possible.
 I’m sure you can find some way to do it. ;-)
