 This is still an issue, actually.I have attached tow images to help
 clarify the issue. This is all in the conversation window.

 The first image (Ungrouping_Menu.png) shows where you should rick click to
 obtain the context menu that allows you to ungroup icons.

 The second image (Ungrouped_Icons.png) shows what the icons look like when
 ungrouped.

 In grouped mode, the Insert menu contains a Horzontal Rule function.
 However, in ungrouped mode, there is no button to replace that
 functionality. In other words, the fix is simply to add a button in the
 ungrouped mode.
