Comment:

 This isn't fixed, although it may very well end up being before 2.6.0 is
 released. :-P

 This is very likely a reasonable thing to do. I had been under the
 impression that the "get info" dialog was synchronous (i.e. this couldn't
 be fixed until Pidgin 3.0.0), but I just discovered that isn't the case.
