 These are nonstandard flags, not provided for in normal IRC.

 We do our best to locate and handle such flags when presented "properly"
 by the server (through another nonstandard extension) at connection time.
 Am I correct in supposing that everything works properly with these flags,
 they simply are not indicated in the chat room user list in any way?
 (That is, they are properly removed from nicks, etc., but they have no
 icon.)
