 Correct, open chat windows are not rejoined upon server reconnect.  I do
 see that they reconnect if part of the buddy list.  The problem comes in
 when someone else starts the chat, or I start a one off group chat that is
 not part of the buddy list.  I would expect that these will be
 reconnected.
