 It requires regex support (currently using the POSIX ones), which isn't
 available on Windows.

 For Pidgin 2.7.0, it would probably be a good idea to add support for
 !GRegex on glib >=2.14, since we would no longer need to be compiling
 !WinPidgin against glib 2.6.

 To clarify your issue, was there ''ever'' an icon for Filter?
