 This user does EXIST in the contact list (verified both online and with
 other clients), AND in Pidgin (at least), appears in the block list.  aMSN
 and msn-pecan have that contact being unblocked.

 If I could get a email I could send the full debug log to, I'd be happy to
 do that.
