Comment:

 We don't generally support building only one protocol on Windows.  You can
 always have a postinstall script that removes the unwanted protocol
 plugins, or you can edit the appropriate Makefile.mingw file(s) to prevent
 building any plugin but XMPP.  You will never get rid of the Google Talk
 entry because it is a hard-coded entry in the UI that creates an XMPP
 account and fills in some default values.
