 Hi!

 I've searched in existing tickets that the same problem has occured to
 earlier versions of pidgin but didn't find a report to version 2.5.8.

 '''The problem:''' Pidgin crashes when quitting from the tray.

 '''When the problem occurs:'''
 If I start pidgin minimized to the tray, and haven't opened the mainwindow
 and quit, it crashes.

 If I start it with the mainwindow open and close the mainwindow, so it
 minimizes to the tray and quit, it crashes. (No matter if I have made any
 changes to the preferences or clicked on any menu.)

 The problem only occures when pidgin is minimized to the tray and you quit
 by right-clicking and press quit.


 '''When the problem doesn't occurs:'''
 If I have clicked inside the contacts frame in the mainwindow. (no special
 button or state. It doesn't matter if i'm logged in or not.) Close the
 mainwindow and quit from the tray.

 The mainwindow is open and I quit pidgin from the tray. (No matter if I
 started it minimized or with the mainwindow open.)

 I start it minimized and open the mainwindow and closed it.


 '''Plugins''':
 No third-party plugins installed and have tested if it could be any plugin
 that could be the problem but no result. It happens either way, plugins
 enabled or disabled.
