 I have a few irc Chats in my buddy list. They do not show up on the list
 when not connected to the irc server. I was attempting to organize my list
 and move the chats to a different group, and with Show -> Offline buddies
 selected, the irc chats still did not show up on the list. I had to enable
 the accounts in order for the chats to appear and then I was able to move
 them to a new group. I know that chats are not a standard 'buddy', but I
 think they should be treated in a similar fashion as one for the sake of
 organizing if they are going to appear in that list like a buddy.
