 ok, i tried various stuff.[[BR]]
 see the new version of NLA_log.[[BR]]
 it works all the time.[[BR]]
 waiting does not matter.[[BR]]
 the LUP_RETURN_XXX does not matter.[[BR]]
 i extended the prog to read out the blob that is returned. (defined in
 MSWSock.h).[[BR]]
 this gives the GUID of the adapter and the connection-state (INTERNET_YES
 / INTERNET_NO), which could be usefull...[[BR]]
 the implementation in network.c is quite redundant because it initiates
 another query when the event fires. this is not (!) necessary.[[BR]]
 but it should work ,too.[[BR]]
 i could try to completly rewrite that part of network.c, would someone
 review and test it?
