 I've got a buddy who is connected to Y! via OCS PIC.  Whenever I attempt
 to add the buddy via Pidgin I get an error.  Whenever I try to perform the
 same operation directly in purple, nothing happens.

 If this is supported in libPurple, are there any examples showing how to
 setup the call?
