 Finch should support mousing in a few additional locations and their
 functions.

 1) The "-" character to the right of the first name in the buddy list
 should scroll the buddy list up (perhaps this should be replaced with a
 "^"  or an up-arrow in graphics.

 2) The area in the scrollbar at the bottom of the buddy list to the bottom
 of the lowest name should scroll it down.

 3) Dragging the half-shaded area up or down should scroll the list
 appropriately.

 4) The same (1-3) should hold true for conversational windows.

 5) It would not be terrible if windows had a [X] mousearea to close the
 window.

 Most of this seems incredibly easy to implement, as the functions to
 scroll things, and the appropriate areas to click are already drawn in
 most cases (all except #5), it's just that clicking them currently yields
 unexpected results.
