 This is a patch aimed at the issue in #4606 where contacts set to "show
 when offline" seldom do.

 The problem appears to be that when rebuilding the buddy list, if the last
 contact in a group is not a "show when offline" contact, the group is
 being hidden.

 The attached patch fixes this for me. I don't believe it breaks anything
 else, but there were parts of the buddy list update mechanism I didn't
 quite "get", so apply with caution I guess :)
