 If you reinstall GTK+ 2.14.7 and then copy the contents of the bin
 directory in
 [http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/pango/1.24/pango_1.24.2-1_win32.zip
 this zip file] (slightly newer version of Pango) into C:\Program
 Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\bin\, replacing any existing files, does this
 fix the issue?
