Comment:

 Yeah, I believe the fact that there is nothing between lines 128 and 129
 indicates that the server is not sending you and buddies. I'm assuming you
 had buddies on that account before the first when this issue started? Did
 you just start using pidgin? Do your buddies show up if you use the
 official client or the official web client?
