 I updated to 2.5.6 and MSN refuses to connect. It gives me the following
 error Connection Error from the Notification Server: Writing Error

 This happens on multiple different internet connections. I have not
 changed or installed any other programs, Virus Scans or Firewalls.   The
 Regular MSN messenger connects without issue.

 I have tried un-installing and re-installing the latest version and the
 previous working version I had and am still having the same issue. I have
 restarted and cleaned all the known file/file locations from my computer
 before re-installing.
