 Bug-Buddy is integrated with GNOME bugzilla. It has a mechanism to
 automatically create bug reports at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ . It also
 includes the google-breakpad library that creates mini-crashdumps on 32
 bit x86 only. These can be uploaded to GNOME as well.

 So it is not very useful for pidgin.
