 I'm running Pidgin 2.5.6 on windows, and have a multiple monitor setup on
 my machine. I've chosen to keep pidgin in the task tray, requiring me to
 click the button in the task tray to read a message once someone has sent
 it to me. Clicking this button will open the pidgin IM window on the
 secondary screen which is to the left of my main screen. When I go to type
 in the newly created IM window, it acts as if my control key is pressed
 down, creating some interesting effects (attempting to type "why" will end
 up closing the window because of the "w"). I press the control key once,
 and its reset back to normal and I can type normally. This happens about
 90% of the time I open the window from the task tray. I also run outlook
 on this secondary screen and it has no problems with the control key.
