Comment:

 I don't know what the exact update was but it removed 4 packages and
 replaced it with 1. I can not say exactly what it said because a guy i was
 talking to helped me undo the update but it went along the lines of 'Can
 not install 'pidgin'. This program may conflict with other files on your
 system.'. Also I was just thinking about this, I am running ubuntu on a
 PS3 so the updates may not be compatible with the PS3. Sorry I didn't
 mention that, I wasn't thinking about it not being compatible at the time.
