Comment:

 This seems to be fairly common (grim, datallah, and now sulabh), so we
 should fix it before 2.6.0, I think.

 For the valgrind log, although i still don't see why the mail_dialog goes
 away, the check might be changed to if (!mail_dialog ||
 !gtk_tree_model_get_iter(...)).

 Not sure about the gdb backtrace.
