 I'm running Pidgin v2.5.6 on Windows Vista. I noticed a while ago that
 despite the "Show formatting on incoming messages" option being checked in
 the preferences, I haven't been getting any kind of formatting on incoming
 OR outgoing messages within the actual conversation window. However, in my
 log files and within the actual text entry box, formatting seems to work
 more or less flawlessly. This happens across all IM protocols.
