 Many plugins provide additional core functionality (buddy state
 notification, guifications, message notifications, etc.) it seems like it
 might be easier to use and more intuitive to have the options for these
 plugins just as additional tabs in the main Pidgin preferences dialog.  If
 you wanted to take it even further, you could allow plugins to insert
 their options into already existing tabs, but that's not nearly as
 important.  In addition, you don't even have to confuse current users with
 the change since you can just have the "Configure Plugin" button open the
 appropriate tab in the main prefs window.
