 It would be nice if the pidgin GUI displayed both a character count of the
 current message I'm typing plus a max-allowed length for the IM network
 I'm sending to. At present the GUI provides no feedback to tell me how
 much I can type or if I've gone beyond the IM network's character limit. I
 frequently find I've written too much and my message is truncated when
 sent. This feature should work with both built in IM networks and those
 support by plugins, such as Twitter.
