 I am experiencing exactly the same issue using v2.5.6 on Ubuntu 9.04, in
 fact the issue was also present for me in v2.5.5, which led me to upgrade
 to v2.5.6.

 Hope we can get this resolved asap.

 If any extra debug info is required don't hesitate to ask.
