 This appears to be a DNS/IP address issue with the yahoo servers.
 Changing the Page Server from scs.msg.yahoo.com to 66.163.181.167 has
 resolved the issue for me.  The hostname was resolving to 76.13.15.36
 which may be dead/faulty.
