 You cannot see the buddy list window or you do not see your buddies in the
 buddy list window? Is your account configured and connecting correctly?
 Are you in an online status (Available, Away, etc. as opposed to Offline)?
 What protocol is your account on (AIM, Yahoo!, etc.)?
