Comment:

 yeah the double arrows.  It wasnt happening before i installed the new
 version and i didnt change my mouse.

 It doesnt happen all of the time.  It happened on the two occasions that i
 had multiple tabs, but it happened after i was talking to those people for
 a bit. I just randomly noticed that those double arrows were there and
 wouldnt go away until the tabs detached.

 I dont re-arrange my tabs so it didnt get stuck when i was moving them.

 Im trying to recreate it, but like i said i just randomly saw this so i
 dont know what i initially did that got it to do that both times.
