 I asked for a debug log not a backtrace. However it is possible you will
 not be able to get a debug log either.

 Did you build pidgin yourself? Are you expecting to be using a compiled-
 from-source installation of pidgin?

 This error means something is trying to use a python module which is
 broken, pidgin doesn't use python directly, so something in your gstreamer
 setup most likely is. It is unlikely that this is something we can do
 anything about. Make sure your distribution provided packages are up to
 date and installed correctly.
