 Google's file transfer is unrelated to Jingle file transfer (even though
 Google's transport library is 'libjingle'). They use HTTP over a wonky
 TCP-over-UDP wrapper, although hopefully, as XEP-0234 is advanced to
 draft, Google will support it (like they're in theory going to start
 supporting the Jingle standards).
