Comment:

 This sort of error is most often caused by incorrect or incomplete
 downloads of the installer, as the message you pasted in the ticket
 suggests. Try downloading from a different SourceForge mirror than the
 default one you get and see if that works.

 If that doesn't work make sure you aren't using any funny download
 managers or anti-virus software that automatically scans files as I have
 known those (on very rare occasion) to corrupt files.
